徐飘荣，女，博士，讲师，硕士生导师，。 

学习经历：   

2009年9月—2012年6月，湘潭大学物理与光电工程学院，微电子学与固体电子学，硕士；   

2013年9月—2016年6月，华南理工大学电子信息工程学院，微电子学与固体电子学，博士。 

任职情况：  

2016年7月-至今，中南林业科技大学计算机与信息工程学院，讲师。  

主要研究方向：  

薄膜晶体管，半导体光电器件，人工智能仿生器件。 

科研情况：  

以第一或通讯作者发表SCI期刊论文多篇。主持湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目、校青年项目等。
